WHY AIESEC?
In AIESEC I have found my passion. I have found out my career path, and I found some of the most inspiring people ever that I’m proud to say they have become my lifelong friends. Give AIESEC a chance and I promise you that it will give back even more.
I have never envisioned how impactful this experience would become, thus playing a huge role in my life. To be more precise, before joining AIESEC I would dread to do public speaking nothing helped me to overcome my fear but meeting international volunteers that changed my mentality. As a result, after one year I was having meetings with companies and doing B2B sales of almost 6000 euros. Apart from developing skills such as public speaking, sales, design, and project management. I strongly believe that being part of AIESEC is a life changing experience that deserves to be lived to the fullest.
Being in AIESEC is about helping other people and helping yourself. How? Well, for everything we do in AIESEC, we are not alone, we are working in teams with a variety of people everyone with their own expertise, to achieve something greater than we could've done by ourselves. And by helping our team mates do practical things we are also helping ourselves either by trying to do something completely new we never thought of doing or by polishing the skills we already posses. AIESEC is the place where I felt for the first time that I can bring my own contribution no matter what we are working on.

Customer Experience for Youth
You create the opportunity of experiencing AIESEC international projects for the youth in your city. You get to work with AIESEC entities from the entire world while enabling other youngsters to develop based on our leadership development model.

Customer Experience for Partners
You can attend a sales meeting in your local corporate environment in order to involve companies and NGOs in the community by co-creating opportunities where youth can work or volunteer. You will get to learn how an organization functions.
